Satoshi Gogo (伍々慧)
 

Satoshi Gogo is a Japanese composer / acoustic guitarist based in Japan. He was born in 1988 and started playing the guitar at the age of 12. In 2004, he won the first prize in four different categories of the Morris Fingerpicking Contest at the age of 16, (the youngest prize winner ever) and then released his first solo album.

 

He releases his albums constantly, also worked with great famous Japanese musicians CHAGE and ASKA, Chikuzen Sato, Kousetsu Minami, Yosuke Onuma, Mike Shinno etc... He also performs and writes songs for TV &radio programs, TV ads, radio ads and companies.

 

In 2013 and 2015, he was selected to the semi-finalists of the Instrumental category in the International Songwriting Competition.  In recent years, he has performed in East / Southeast Asia countries, United States, Northern Europe countries.
